Zyeltrex Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if we believe any term is violated. All fees paid up to termination are non-refundable.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
